Upbeat Stretch and Meditation - A stronger advanced based stretch. Especially working the legs and glutes
6.30PM-7.30PM - Yoga Stretch and Meditation - A Yoga flow for all abilities with a deep relaxing meditation
WEDNESDAY 9.30AM-10.30am. Yoga Mix including all types of Yoga and Yoga Dance moving the energy and letting go. Ending the session with a somatic based relaxation suitable for all
THURSDAY 5PM-6PM and 6.30PM-7.30PM Yoga Stretch and Meditation- A gentle all abilities yoga stretch class with deep relaxation.
8PM-9PM Advanced Stretch suitable for experienced Yogis. Full body workout ending with Meditation 💫
FRIDAY 9AM - 10am Yoga stretch and Move class for all
